Question: "WHEN ARE YOU RESTOCKING??!"

Answer: Unfortunately we can't guarantee any restocks, We are a fashion forward brand so normally once we sell out we move on to the next trendy styles. We may or not restock. We have a "Notify me when available" button underneath every sold out style for ladies to put in their email address and or phone number to be alerted IF that style happens to restock. Please also note our content tends to go viral on every platform so styles sell quickly, we apologies for any inconvenience this may cause. Also all winter styles and or boots will not be restocking due to the spring and summer season approaching.


Question: How can I return or exchange?


Answer: Click the link below to file your own return claim https://shopify.com/56618909866/account 

If you have an issue with your item please contact us via email info@kyxshoes.com no more than 3 days after your item has been picked up or marked as delivered. After informing us of your return claim please send tracking info of your return via email (info@kyxshoes.com) no more than 7 days after your item has been picked up or marked as delivered. If tracking info is sent AFTER the 7 days the return will be DENIED and returned to the sender. PLEASE DO NOT TAPE OR PUT LABELS ON SHOE BOXES IF RETURNING, THIS WILL RESULT IN RETURN BEING DENIED. We offer Store credit only NO REFUNDS. We do not hold items for exchange. Store credit will be issued AFTER we have received the UNWORN items. ALL returns must be UNWORN in the SAME condition and same box it came in. Customers are responsible for shipping fees unless KYX LLC is at fault for the issue (ex. wrong item or wrong size was sent in place of what you originally ordered). Shipping fees will not be reimbursed by store credit. No store credit will be issued after 3 days of the item being picked up or marked as delivered NO EXCEPTIONS. Any returns mailed back without authorization (return claim) will be DENIED and returned to sender. Store credit applies to INSTOCK items only, store credit cannot be used on preorder items. 



Question: How fast is shipping? 


Answer: PLEASE ALLOW 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS FOR PROCESSING ORDERS

Our USPS and or UPS base shipping rate is $9.99+. AFTER PROCESSING shipping normally takes 1-5 business days to deliver depending on your location.We ship from Mobile Al, so the further you are the longer your shipping may take and the more costly it may be. Once order is placed & processed you will receive a tracking number via email and or text. Out of country shipments are shipped via DHL. *PREORDER ITEMS WILL SHIP ON THE DATE POSTED IN THE TITLE OF THE SHOE AND IN THE DESCRIPTION AREA OF THE SHOE. ANY UPDATES REGARDING PREORDER ITEMS WILL BE SENT VIA TEXT OR EMAIL. Preorder items could arrive early or could be delayed so we urge ladies to please keep an eye out for updates via text or email. 

 

Question: Why are only size 5-7 on the $20 sale page?


Answer: Size 5-7 are either last ones left, not selling, or styles we ordered too many of in those sizes that we have to get rid of. If any sizes other than size 5-7 happen to be last ones left they are normally put on sale as well and go EXTREMELY fast. We are NOT discriminating against other sizes; we simply had to find a way to move sitting inventory that's not selling. Site wide sales are thrown that caters to ALL sizes, so if you are sizes 7.5-11 please stay tuned and sign up for email/sms alerts to be the first to have access to sales!



Question: Has anyone ever ordered from this site before?

Question: What if I don't like the styles I got in my Mystery box?


Answer: If you prefer a certain heel type please reach out WITHIN 24 HOURS of ordering. TEXT 213-600-6365 or EMAIL info@kyxshoes.com. All Mystery boxes are final sale.




Question: Why does my tracking number say delivered but i never received my package?


Answer: Insurance is automatically added to EVERY order for instances like these which covers up to $100 unless a higher insurance coverage is requested via email. Should you never receive your order, but the tracking number shows that it’s been delivered, please check with your mailman, neighbors or building manager/mail room, before contacting us. If you are still unable to locate the package, please reach out to us and we will help you file an insurance claim.
