SHIPPING 

PLEASE ALLOW 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS FOR PROCESSING ORDERS

ALL USPS, Fedex, UPS orders include insurance and AFTER PROCESSING normally takes 1-5 business days to deliver depending on your location. Once order is placed & processed you will receive a tracking number via email and or text. Out of country shipments are shipped via UPS. If you see tracking has not made any movements in more than 3 BUSINESS days please file a "lost package" claim as the receiver on the carriers tracking site, then reach out to us so that we can make a claim as the sender to investigate the situation before too much time passes. We may or may not be able to replace lost items due to limited inventory but rest assured you will be compensated either way thanks to insurance! Insurance is added to EVERY order no exceptions. 

Our USPS, UPS & Fedex base shipping rate starts at $15+ depending on your location. Insurance is automatically added which is why shipping is $15+. We ship from Las Vegas, Nevada. The further you are the higher your shipping cost may be. Also the heavier/larger your package, the higher your shipping cost may be. The average shoe package weight for one shoe is about 3lbs. Please note if your order contains 3 or more shoes your shipping cost may increase due to your package being heavier/larger. All shoes are shipped with the original shoe box/packaging no exceptions. 

We understand carriers can be rough with packages so we have now added an option to request Large Cardboard box packaging. Please note Shipping carriers do charge more for larger boxes, therefore shipping may be a little more depending on the weight, dimensions, and location package is being shipped to vs the price they charge for poly mailers. If you would like your order shipped in a Large Cardboard box please state that in the "Note area at checkout" or send an email directly after purchase (No more than 30 minutes of purchase). Otherwise we will use standard poly mailer to ship your order. 

ALL ORDERS over $149 require signature on delivery, if you are not present to provide a signature during the time of delivery your package will be held at your local UPS or USPS facility awaiting your signature to pickup. 

ALL Next day air orders require Adult Id verification matching the card used. That information will need to be emailed to us at info@kyxshoes.com before being shipped. If you are not present to provide an ID & signature during the time of delivery your package will be held at your local UPS or USPS facility awaiting your ID & signature to pickup. 

ALL orders with mismatching shipping and billing addresses and or mismatching names on shipping and billing addresses  require ADULT (ID) & signature on delivery. For signature on delivery orders if you are not present at the time of delivery, carriers will leave a "Sorry we missed you note" with a barcode number, website, contact info and facility in which your package will be held awaiting your signature and pick up. You are also able to create a free UPS and or USPS account and log in to make new pick up or delivery arrangements if you will not be present at the time of delivery. We appreciate our customers and we want to ensure your orders are delivered to you in person instead of being left out with the possibility of being stolen or mis-delivered. If packages get returned to us (Marked returned to sender) due to no pick up or no signature, there will be a Reshipping fee. The Reshipping fee is the original price the customer paid for shipping in order for the carrier to reship your package, signature on delivery will still be required. Please note it is the carrier that charges for shipping not KYX LLC. If customer does not wish to pay a reshipping fee, customer will be charged a 15% transaction/restocking fee then refunded minus any shipping cost. Shipping cost and restocking/transaction fees are non refundable. If you feel the carrier made a mistake in not properly delivering your order please contact that carriers customer service to file a claim. 

If your order falls inside of either of the categories above SIGNATURE ON DELIVERY IS NON NEGOTIABLE

SHIPPING AND BILLING ADDRESS MUST MATCH TO AVOID ANY UNWANTED DISPUTES OR CLAIMS OF FRAUDULENT CARD USAGE OTHERWISE ORDER WILL BE CANCELLED IF YOU CANNOT PROVIDE A MATCHING ID TO THE BILLING ADDRESS - Mismatched shipping and billing addresses have been used as a common excuse in online disputes, therefore we only ship to billing addresses unless an ID is provided. 

VIP Obsession Orders (Monthly subscriptions) will be shipped to the billing address no exceptions

KYX LLC is not responsible for incorrect address inputs.  All orders will be shipped to the address on file for the order. We kindly ask that all customers please take your time when entering your shipping address. If an incorrect address is entered USPS/UPS will attempt to deliver, once delivery attempt has failed, the package will be marked ‘returned to sender’. Once we receive the returned package a re-shipping fee to the correct address will be required if in fact the customer entered wrong address. If customer no longer wished to receive the item they are entitled to a partial refund minus and shipping fees paid to the carrier and 15% restocking/transaction fee. Please not it is the carrier that requires shipping fee & Reshipping fees not KYX LLC. Again we urge all customers to please take their time when entering their shipping address.

Any shipping promos such as "FREE SHIPPING" only applies to standard ground shipping 4-7 business days AFTER processing.

“I DIDN’T RECEIVE MY PACKAGE BUT MY TRACKING NUMBER SAYS IT WAS DELIVERED?”

KYX LLC is not liable for missing or lost packages once tracking shows in the carriers possession. Please use the tracking number we provide to follow your order until it is delivered. Should you never receive your order, but the tracking number shows that it’s been delivered, please check with your mailman, neighbors or building manager/mail room, before contacting us. If you are still unable to locate the package, please file a claim as the receiver on the carriers tracking site then reach out to us so that we can then file an insurance claim as the sender. Insurance is automatically added to EVERY order for instances like these, which covers up to $100 unless a higher  insurance coverage is requested via email at the time of purchase. If you see tracking has not made any movements in more than 3 BUSINESS days please file a "lost package" claim as the receiver on the carriers tracking site, then reach out to us so that we can make a claim as the sender to investigate the situation before too much time passes. HOW DO PREORDERS WORK?

Preorder items will ship on the date posted in the title of the shoe size chosen, in the description area of that style, and on the confirmation email/receipt. Any updates regarding preorder items will be sent via text or email. Please note Preorder items could arrive early or could be delayed so we urge ladies to please keep this mind mind and keep an eye out for any updates regarding your preorder items. 

Preorder items can not be cancelled after 30 minutes of placeng order, if your preorder items are delayed it will be communicated via text/email and customers are entitled to the following options a refund on shipping or a partial if not entire store credit. As noted above preorders could arrive early or could be delayed.

If you did not purchase the KYX Shipping Protection insurance for $3.98 when placing your order please send a return request to our email at info@kyxshoes.com. The return address will be sent to you once we approve your return. ALL return request must be made no later than 3 days of your order being marked delivered based on your tracking. Any requests outside of this time frame will be denied. All approved returns must be mailed to the return address sent within 7 business days of approval. Any returns mailed back after 7 business days of approval will be denied. PLEASE DO NOT TAPE OR PUT LABELS ON SHOE BOXES IF RETURNING, THIS WILL RESULT IN RETURN BEING DENIED.

WE OFFER STORE CREDIT ONLY - NO REFUNDS

We offer Store credit only NO REFUNDS. We do not hold items for exchange. Store credit will be issued AFTER we have received the UNWORN items. ALL returns must be UNWORN in the SAME condition and same box it came in. Customer is responsible for shipping fees unless KYX LLC is at fault for the issue (ex. wrong item or wrong size was sent in place of what you originally ordered). Shipping fees will not be reimbursed by store credit. All shipping cost are non refundable unless KYX LLC sent wrong item or size than originally ordered. Your return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount unless KYX LLC sent wrong item or size than originally ordered. 

Store Credit is valid for a year from the date issued.

We offer store credit only. Store credit is issued after we have received the unworn items. All returns must been worn, in the same condition and box it was shipped in. Customers are responsible for all shipping fees unless KYX LLC is at fault for the issue (Ex. wrong item or wrong size was sent in place of what was originally ordered). We understand sizing can be an issue which is why we try to thoroughly provide sizing recommendations in the description area of each style on the site, therefore if a customer ordered a specific size and the style they received has the same size on the shoe and box that sale is considered final. If customer still would like to return they can but please note the customer is responsible all shipping fees. Shipping fees are not reimbursed by store credit. All shipping costs are non refundable. Store credit applies to in stock items only. Store credit cannot be used on courses, wholesale, or preorder items.

Returns are retrieved from our return address/PO box every Wednesday, if you have not heard anything regarding your return after the following Wednesday of you shipping off your return please reach out to us via text and or email. Any returns with visible tape or labels stuck directly to the shoe box will not even be accepted but automatically returned to sender as our policy pleads for ladies to PLEASE NOT PUT LABELS OR TAPE DIRECTLY ON THE SHOE BOX.

How do I check my store credit amount?

Answer: Log in to your KYX profile/account, click your initials at the top right corner of the screen beside “Go to Store”  and you will see your profile. Scroll all the way down and you will see any cards you have on file as well as any store credit issued to your account.

How do I use my store credit on an order?

Answer: Check out as normal and once you get to the payment options page, scroll down “payment method” and you will see “ + Add store credit “ check the box and finish checking out 

ABOUT KYX FREE RETURNS & PACKAGE PROTECTION

A purchase of the $3.98 Free Returns Coverage allows you to receive a paid return label for any return eligible item in that order! If you choose not to  purchase Redo coverage, please continue through the return portal to submit your return request. You will be prompted to purchase your return label inside of our return portal at full price. Think of redo like insurance for returns that makes your return process not only smoother but cheaper as well. If you choose not to purchase KYX please note regular Return labels are usually between $7-$10 depending on the weight and distance the package will be traveling vs KYX that only charges $3.98. This plan does not include out of country shipping. This plan is only for customers with orders shipping within the US.

FAQ

Question: "WHEN ARE YOU RESTOCKING??!"

Answer: Unfortunately we can't guarantee any restocks, We are a fashion forward brand so normally once we sell out we move on to the next trendy styles. We may or not restock. We have a "Notify me when available" button underneath every sold out style for ladies to put in their email address and or phone number to be alerted IF that style happens to restock. Please also note our content tends to go viral on every platform so styles sell quickly, we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Also all winter styles and or boots will not be restocking due the summer season approaching. Fall styles and ankle boots may or may not restock until September/October.

Question: How fast is shipping?

 Question: What if I don't like the styles I got in my Mystery box?

 Answer: If you prefer a certain heel type please reach out WITHIN 24 HOURS of ordering. TEXT 251-358-5908 or EMAIL info@kyxshoes.com. All Mystery boxes are final sale. We understand sizing may differ depending on style but if shoe size on both the shoe and shoe box reflect the exact size originally ordered then the sale will be considered final. We provide this information clearly for all ladies to read in the description area, store policy as well as this FAQ page. We urge all ladies to please be sure to READ all information provided to ensure you are in agreement before purchasing the discounted Mystery boxes.  

Question: What is a VIP Obsessor and how does it work? 

Answer

Our site basically caters to women with EXTREME shoe obsessions!  For 29.69 monthly enjoy 13 free shoes! Get First dibs on new arrivals 1-7 days in advance, an extra shoe on your birthday month (2 shoes), Stackable discounts and access to sales 24 hours in advance, and free shipping on all orders EXCLUDING returns. Once you subscribe for $29.69 a month you will receive a welcome questionnaire in which you will be asked the following: Your original shoe size, Ideal shoe preferences, Ideal heel style, 2 favorite colors, birthday, shipping address, phone number, and email address. Once receive your response to the VIP questionnaire we will ship your first order out if not the same day, the following day. Every shoe is a mystery shoe, your birthday shoe will be shipped with your mystery shoe after your subscription for that month has been paid. All VIP orders are shipped the day after your monthly subscription is paid. 

 Question: What if I do not like my VIP mystery shoe or it is my size but doesn't fit perfectly?

Answer: Log into your KYX Profile/account on kyxshoes.com and request a return like normal. Please note the customer is responsible for return shipping cost and reshipping cost UNLESS KYX LLC sent the wrong size than originally requested in your response to the welcome questionnaire. Once we receive your return, we will reship your new mystery item. If you are not able to log in and request a self service return please reach out to us at info@kyxshoes.com or 251-358-5908.  Question: What if I no longer want to wait on my preorder item?

Question: Do you offer wholesale? 

Answer: Only on select styles please send an email to info@kyxshoes.com or a text 251-358-5908 with a picture of the shoe you are inquiring wholesale about. If we have that style available wholesale you will be sent an invoice for that wholesale style. Please note all wholesale order can take 7-14 business days to arrive. All wholesale orders require Adult signature on delivery (ID & Signature). All wholesale cases include 12 pairs of shoes with sizes already prearranged. Prearranged sizes are sizes 5.5-10 or sizes 6-10. Unfortunately we do not have any size 11 wholesale offers. Wholesale orders are Final sale.

Question: Why did my shoe boxes come damaged or raggedy?

Answer: Unfortunately all of our shoes are shipped in their original packaging no exceptions. 

Question: Do you all do custom shoe orders?

Answer: Unfortunately we do not offer custom orders at the moment. 

Question: Do you all offer sizes 13-14? 

Answer: As of right now our inventory only includes sizes 5-12. Unfortunately sizes 13 & 14 have not been added to our inventory selection YET. We are currently working on becoming an all inclusive brand so please stay tuned.
