KYX LLC is not responsible for any shipping delays once your package has been shipped and received by USPS. Please use the tracking number we provide to follow your order until it is delivered. Should you never receive your order, but the tracking number shows that it’s been delivered, please check with your mailman, neighbors or building manager/mail room, before contacting us. If you are still unable to locate the package all orders include USPS insurance, please reach out to us and we will help you file a USPS insurance claim. Insurance covers up to $100. If you have an issue with your item please contact us via email email@example.com no more than 3 days after your item has been picked up or marked as delivered. After informing us of your return claim please send tracking info of your return via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) no more than 7 days after your item has been picked up or marked as delivered. If tracking info is sent AFTER the 7 days the return will be DENIED and returned to the sender. PLEASE DO NOT TAPE OR PUT LABELS ON SHOE BOXES IF RETURNING, THIS WILL RESULT IN RETURN BEING DENIED. We offer Store credit only NO REFUNDS. We do not hold items for exchange. Store credit will be issued AFTER we have received the UNWORN items. ALL returns must be UNWORN in the SAME condition and same box it came in. Customer is responsible for shipping fees unless KYX LLC is at fault for the issue (ex. wrong item or wrong size was sent in place of what you originally ordered). Shipping fees will not be reimbursed by store credit. No store credit will be issued after 3 days of item being picked up or marked as delivered NO EXCEPTIONS. Any returns mailed back without authorization (return claim) will be DENIED and returned to sender. Store credit applies to INSTOCK items only, store credit cannot be used on preorder items.
