Shipping Policy
• Processing Time: Orders take 1-7 business days to process.
• Shipping Time: Delivery takes 1-5 business days after processing (longer for international orders).
• Shipping Costs: Base rate starts at $15+ and varies by location, weight, and package size. Orders over $149 require a signature. All free shipping applies to standard ground shipping only.
• Tracking & Insurance: All orders include tracking and insurance. File claims for lost packages with the carrier if tracking shows no movement for 3+ business days, then contact us for further assistance.
Note: Orders cannot be canceled OR changed after placement. Shipping and billing addresses must match unless ID verification is provided. Please take your time entering in your shipping address, once the customer places/submits their order the shipping address originally entered by the customer is final. If the order is shipped to the incorrect address entered in by the customer, then the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees as well as contacting the carrier to get their shipment stopped or resent to whatever address they need. We do not change shipping addresses (Customer info) under any circumstances. The shipping address you entered is the shipping address your order will be shipped to. Therefore, please take your time when inputting your address.
Pre-Order Policy
• Pre-order items ship on the date listed in the product description.
• Pre-orders may arrive early or experience delays (not exceeding 90 days).
• Pre-order items cannot be canceled. If delayed, customers may choose a shipping refund or store credit.
• Orders containing pre-order items will ship together. For faster shipping, purchase in-stock items separately.
Returns Policy
• Eligibility: Returns must be requested within 3 days of delivery and shipped back within 7 business days of approval.
• Conditions: Items must be unworn and in original packaging (no tape or labels directly on boxes).
• Refunds: Store credit only; no refunds.
• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless KYX LLC is at fault. Ex. KYX LLC sent the wrong color, size, style other than what was originally ordered.

Other Policies
• Items priced at $30 or less, mystery boxes, wholesale orders, and digital products are final sale.
• Orders over $300 or with mismatched billing and shipping addresses and or Express/1 day shipping require ID verification.
• KYX LLC is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers.

1. Where’s My Package?
If tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received it, check with neighbors or your local carrier. File a claim with the carrier and contact us if needed.
2. Do You Offer Wholesale?

3. What If My Pre-Order Is Delayed?
We’ll notify you via email or text. You may request a shipping refund or store credit.
4. How Do I Check My Store Credit?
Log into your KYX account, scroll to your profile, and view issued credits under “Store Credit.”
5. Why Do Some Orders Require ID Verification?
To prevent fraud, we require ID and signature verification for mismatched addresses, large orders, Next day air, or international shipping.
6. Can I change my order order the size on my order?
No changes can be made once the customer places and submits their order, we urge all customers to please take their time to double check the items in their cart, the sizes, as well as their shipping address.
7. I didn't get to use my code on my order at checkout, can I still apply it?
Unfortunately once an order is placed/submitted by the customer the order is final. We urge all customers to please take your time and double check your order with any discounts before you submit it. If you are having trouble applying a code please reach out to us before submitting your order so that we may assist you with that code.
