Full KYX terms and Conditions
1. Order Processing: I understand that all orders require 1 to 7 business days for processing before they are shipped.
2. Pre-Order Items: If I purchase a pre-order item, I understand it will ship within the timeframe stated in the product description. I also acknowledge that pre-order items may arrive earlier or be delayed, but any delay will not extend beyond 90 days past the expected shipping date.
If delays occur, the following accommodations will be made:
First Delay - In-stock items from the same order will be shipped immediately at no cost. A store credit equivalent to the original shipping fee will be issued for the inconvenience.
Second Delay -The customer will receive a full refund of their shipping fee.
Third Delay - The customer will receive a store credit for the full amount paid for the delayed pre-order item.
Beyond the Third Delay or 90+ Days -The customer will receive a full refund for the delayed item, including all prior accommodations (store credit and/or shipping refunds).
We prioritize transparency and customer care and will always keep you updated via email throughout the pre-order process.
3. Pre-Order Policy: I have read and agree to the pre-order policy outlined on the website..
4. Order Cancellation: I agree that orders cannot be canceled once they are placed.
5. Dispute Policy: I agree not to file a dispute or chargeback if:
• In-stock items have been shipped,
• Valid tracking information has been provided, and
• The shipment has been scanned into the carrier’s system.
6. Fraudulent Disputes: I understand that filing a fraudulent dispute is a violation of these terms and may result in further action, including being banned from future purchases
7. Digital Products including vendors lists, Journals etc are non refundable. Digital downloads are automatically sent to your email. Check you primary, spam or promotions inbox.
