1. Order Processing: I understand that all orders require 1 to 7 business days for processing before they are shipped.

2. Pre-Order Items: If I purchase a pre-order item, I understand it will ship within the timeframe stated in the product description. I also acknowledge that pre-order items may arrive earlier or be delayed, but any delay will not extend beyond 90 days past the expected shipping date.

3. Order Cancellation: I agree that orders cannot be canceled once they are placed.

4. Pre-Order Policy: I have read and agree to the pre-order policy outlined on the website.

5. Dispute Policy: I agree not to file a dispute or chargeback if:

• In-stock items have been shipped,

• Valid tracking information has been provided, and

• The shipment has been scanned into the carrier’s system.

6. Fraudulent Disputes: I understand that filing a fraudulent dispute is a violation of these terms and may result in further action, including being banned from future purchases
